PARKVIEW APARTMENTS

The Parkview Apartments are an OHA owned HUD 236 Project Based Section 8 project.  Rents are subsidized and based on 30% of a families adjusted gross income.  There are 22 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse apartments. The project is located at 730 S. 7th in Othello.

LUGAR SEGURO (SAFE PLACE)

Lugar Seguro (Spanish for Safe Place) is a 25 unit migrant seasonal agricultural project.  A portion of the units are available to workers (and accompanying family members) on an individual basis with incomes not exceeding 30 percent of area median income. The remaining units are available for lease by growers for their employees. These are year-round units

Othello Public Housing

The Public Housing program is funded by HUD and provides decent, safe rental housing for low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.   OHA operates 55 units of public housing in a range of bedroom sizes. These are year-round units. Rent is based on 30 percent of a families adjusted monthly income.  Public Housing is located in the area of 335 N. 3rd St. in Othello.

Harvest Manor

Harvest Manor is a low-income, tax credit project, where federal income limits apply.  Families must earn less than 40 percent of annual gross median income (AGMI).  There are 42 units.  These are year-round units.  First priority is given to families employed in agriculture.  Harvest Manor is located on 4th St. in Othello.

Oasis

The Oasis is a 31-unit low-income, tax credit project, where federal income limits apply.  Fifteen units are set-aside for families whose annual gross is based on 40 % percent of an (AGMI).  Sixteen units are set-aside for families whose annual gross income is based on 50 % of an (AGMI).  Bedroom sizes range from 1-3 bedrooms.  Oasis units are located at 830, 900 & 940 E. Ash in Othello.

Lions Park Apts.

Lions Park Apt. is a 52-unit project funded by USDA Rural Development. These are year round 2 bedroom units.  Rent is based on 30 percent of a family’s adjusted monthly income. Lions Park Apts. are located at 125 N. 10th Ave. in Othello.

Main St. Apts.

The Main Street apartments are an OHA owned housing project.  There are 7 two- bedroom single-family houses and 4 two-bedroom townhouse apartments.  Rent is based on 30% families adjusted gross income. This housing project is operated as affordable housing and is not subsidized.  Main St. Apts. are located on Main St. and on S. 7th in Othello.

Cedar Park Apartments

Cedar Park Apts. is a 26-unit USDA 515 Senior project. There are 1 & 2 bedrooms.  Rents are based on 30% of families adjusted monthly income. Cedar Park Apartments are located at 525 E. Cedar.
